Taney County Extension Office – Mornings in the Garden

2024 Mornings in the Garden will be held in the

Presbyterian Church basement at 271 Main St, Forsyth MO.

All programs are presented by members of the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks, University of Missouri Extension.

Presentations are scheduled for 10:00 AM and will be approximately one hour in length.

Programs are held the third Tuesday of each month.

Class Dates are:

March 19 –  “Hummingbird Habits”   by Mary O’Brien & Marina Hanson / Master Gardeners of the Ozarks

April 16 –  “Beginning Drip Irrigation” by Marie Ewing & Carolyn Townsend, Master Gardeners of the Ozarks

May 21 – “Create Your Own Garden Structure”   by Tonya Lewis, Master Gardener of the Ozarks

June 18 –  “Beginning Wild Edibles”  by Marie Ewing, Master Gardener of the Ozarks

July 16 –  “Tropical Plants & Their Nighttime Pollinator”  by Lisa Gibbs, Master Gardener of the Ozarks

August 20 –  “Holistic Gardening”  by Barb Garlich,  Master Gardener of the Ozarks

September  17 –  “Garden Safety”   by Lisa Gibbs, Master Gardener of the Ozarks

October 15  –  “Discovering Delightful Dahlias”   by Penny Meador, Master Gardener of the Ozarks
